Cleaning Service Checklist
Please note that our move-out/move-in cleaning service does not include the removal of trash or items left on the floor or carpet. If you need assistance with this, we’re happy to help! Trash and item pickup from the floor can be added as an extra service for an additional fee. This charge will be based on the time it takes our cleaner to complete the task and will be clearly communicated to you before the service begins. The customer is responsible for the final disposal of any items or trash that have been collected.
To ensure a thorough and effective cleaning, the property must be completely empty before the service begins. This allows our team to access all areas and complete every task included in the service, ensuring the highest quality results.
If items are left inside the refrigerator, an additional charge will apply. This fee will be based on the time required for our cleaner to remove the items and place them into trash bags. Please note that the customer is responsible for the final disposal of these items.
Cleaning of balconies or outdoor areas is considered an additional service. Pricing will be assessed and confirmed prior to the start of the cleaning and added to the initial agreed-upon total.
